A four inch clear plastic ring with a hole and grommet for the 500-015, 11 inch Mercury thermometer (thermometer is not included). This addition allows you to convert your Turn-X into a brooder with outside temperature control, to gradually reduce heat to birds until they become accustomed to the normal environment.

It's as simple as a "snap" to convert your Turn-X Incubator into a full-time curtained brooder. Adjustable outside temperature control to reduce heat to chicks as they become more accustomed to the normal outside environment. After simple assembly the Mini Brooder is ready to be used with your Turn-X dome. Chicks will naturally go to the heated area when necessary!
