 The VML large animal anesthesia machine is specially designed for use in equine, bovine, and other large animal anesthesia procedures. Its large volume rebreathing circle system features a 5200 cc. CO2 absorber canister with 2" (5 cm) diameter breathing circuitry throughout and a 30 liter breathing bag.
The VML comes complete with an oxygen flowmeter that features a glass flowmeter tube with a fused scale that reads from 1 to 10 LPM and a 60 LPM oxygen flush. Flexibility of design permits the addition of an optional nitrous oxide flowmeter and VIP 3000TM.
The VML's design places all components on a single post to save space, increase mobility and simplify transportation to other sites. A chrome polished stand incorporating a wide 31 " (79 cm) spider base with casters, and a 12" (30 cm) height adjustment permits the breathing circuit to be raised or lowered to suit the situation.
With the addition of the Matrx Small Animal Breathing Circuit shown below, the VML becomes the machine of choice for those practices that accommodate both large and small animals.
