	VMS Small Animal Anesthesia Machine

	The VMS Small Animal Anesthesia Machine is designed for safe, simple, and controllable small animal inhalation anesthesia. The VMS comes complete with an oxygen flowmeter featuring a glass flowmeter tube with a fused scale that reads from 0.2 to 4 LPM and a 60 LPM oxygen flush. The VMS comes standard with a refillable 1500 cc CO₂ absorber designed to accept 1350 gm of loose absorbent such as Sodasorb® or Baralyme® pre-packs.

The VMS absorber features dome-type inhalation and exhalation valves, a large -60 to +60 cm H₂O pressure gauge, a scavenging-anti-pollution-pressure relief valve, an air intake valve, two 40" (I 02 cm) corrugated breathing tubes, an inhaler "Y" piece, and a two-liter breathing bag.

The VMS is adaptable to a variety of vaporizers. The optional Matrx VIP3000TM Vaporizer series in particular, is flow and temperature compensated to provide a consistent and accurate output of anesthetic agent.
